The hotel is well-located, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Unlimited bottled water was a nice touch, and housekeeping came twice a day. The staff were helpful with our luggage both upon arrival and departure. The pillows were comfy, and the gym was super modern and fantastic. The rooftop restaurant with a pool was very romantic. On the downside, parking is $75 a day, so we ended up using a nearby garage. Upon arrival, the security guard pushed their parking option and claimed there were no other parking spots close by. The bed was incredibly soft – awful, actually. The mattress felt prehistoric. Most places have orthopedic mattresses these days, but this one was a nightmare, and they even added a soft topper, making it feel like sleeping at grandma's attic in the countryside. The staff were negligent with requests; you'd have to call reception three times just to get water. The same thing happened with luggage at checkout – multiple calls were needed before they bothered to come. As with all hotels in the US, we paid a resort fee upon check-in, which gave us a $35 daily credit. Breakfast at the hotel was a solid 4 out of 5. Be warned, with taxes, the final bill was almost double the initial price, and that's without tipping.

After a 17-hour flight, the check-in experience was extremely disappointing and created unnecessary stress for my family. My wife and young son were refused check-in despite presenting my passport while I was only minutes away. I understand verification procedures, but the way this was handled lacked flexibility and basic hospitality. Additionally, the hotel required a physical credit card and refused to accept digital payment methods such as Apple Pay. I have traveled extensively — 13 countries in the past seven months and more than 40 countries overall — and have never encountered such rigid and outdated policies. This created avoidable inconvenience and frustration. When I requested to see the terms and conditions supporting these requirements, the response from management was dismissive rather than solution-oriented. The overall tone and attitude at the front desk were far from what one would expect from a property positioned at this level. Because the stay started in such a negative way, it significantly impacted the overall experience. First impressions matter, especially after long international travel.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! The doorman uncle was especially nice and enthusiastic every day. The hotel's location is quite good, with some restaurants nearby. The front desk was very responsive to our requests. It was a good stay experience.
