It's rare to give such a bad review to a hotel, it's simply outrageous! This is a pure internet celebrity hotel, the place for taking pictures is well decorated, but the experience is terrible. For a hotel that costs 3000+ a night, the shower head is broken, water splashes everywhere, and the hair dryer and phone are patina from the 90s. The toilet stinks! The room is very dim, the room hygiene is a mess, the details are very dirty, and even the rag is forgotten on the table after cleaning. The hotel's main feature is that there is no service, and there are not enough staff. I got angry when I saw foreign guests when I came back at night, and I waited for a long time to check in, but no one came to the front desk and no one moved the luggage. The night before check-out, another amount of money was swiped in the middle of the night without authorization, claiming to collect an additional deposit.
