Conveniently located & very clean! Service was wonderful, friendly, and I’m especially thankful that they were so accommodating to travelers arriving very early from the airport!!

Pillows and bed are comfortable, however, 2 of 4 pillows both have light brown dirts or a bit red dirts as well.. I can even smell it while sleeping..

bad experience, no hot water and promise me a discount but didn't refund to me , and still have charge on something I don't know. very bad

I don’t feel it’s Hilton level. The rooms are just standard, some are noisy. The service quality varies from a guy for member checkin who was professional and friendly. At normal checkin the service was simply bad and somehow did not like me or probably any customer. For 250 usd a night, it’s not worth it.

A great place. Very clean and staff very helpful.

Restaurants nearby hotel,Pavilions and CVS. Short walking distance towards bus station. We stay 4 nights didn’t know room cleaning required to pre-book with reception so only 1 time full cleaning. We call reception to provide new shower towels nothing happened. Room are dusty and my comforter are lumpy request to change nothing happened

Clean and convenient location for people who has a car. They don’t give you a 5 dollar gift shop voucher even if you opt in to no-room cleaning. Then, why do they advertise it?? See pic. If they stopped the service, don’t say so. Breakfast is wonderful. You are expected to pay tip.

Great place for work stay

Very acceptable

Left do not disturb, holder on door while I went out to grab lunch. Left some valuables inside my room.they went in my room with no regards to the sign, if something had went missing , they would have had a bigger issue. As well when I got back to hotel after lunch. I was locked outside my room for 30 minutes due to doorlock running out of battery. For the inconvenience and lost of time I had before checked out,I requested an additional hour for the inconvenience for my checkout at 1pm and lost of time due to the door lock. They wouldn't even give compensate me the extra time back cause of door issue at first. But then agreed for an extra 30 minutes as I complained more. The morning staff, I found to be not be accommodating and wrecked the experience I had with the hotel. The evening staff were great though
