The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from Hollywood Western station and comes with a pool as well! It is also located to a large supermarket (Ralph’s) and 24 hour food (NORMS)

Avoid this place at all costs! You will 100% regret booking this hotel. This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room rate was 1034.46, plus an additional $19.77 paid at the property, and a $25 parking fee. Upon entering the room, I immediately spotted two live cockroaches crawling around. I quickly killed them. When I pulled back the duvet cover, I found hair on the sheets, and footprints on the other bed. Since it was already so late, and I didn't want the hassle, I asked the front desk to change the sheets. About 10 minutes later, they slowly brought two new sets of sheets and told me to change them myself. To my dismay, these were also dirty! I contacted the front desk again, and they said the manager would handle it on Monday. I checked in on Saturday for a one-night stay, so waiting until Monday was completely unacceptable. I immediately told them I wanted to check out and move to a different hotel. Their response was still that the manager would have to handle it on Monday. Regardless of whether they deal with it or not, I certainly won't be staying. Hotels like this shouldn't even be open to guests. Finally, I want to express my thanks to Ctrip's customer service. They were very proactive in helping me contact the hotel and resolve the issue.

I had a fall due to a slippery tub and an old, worn-out mat, which led me to spend Saturday night hopping between hospitals until I finally received treatment. The night receptionist was notified at 10:50 PM. When we returned at 5:30 AM, there was a different receptionist who wasn't aware of the situation. There was no protocol beyond contacting the manager, who wouldn't be in until Monday. Upon checking out at 10:30 AM, another receptionist informed us that the manager was already aware and would call on Monday. To date, he hasn't called. I called the hotel, and I was told that the manager hadn't been in and they knew nothing about it. They didn't take responsibility for refunding the night I didn't use, nor for my medical expenses. This ruined several days of my vacation. I would never return or recommend them.

Location is excellent. It’s American simple style inn. Nice stay and it’s very close to subway line. Area around is safe and near Thai town.

This hotel is super convenient! Right across the street, there's a mall, supermarket, and plenty of restaurants. It's perfect for families with kids. We'll definitely be staying here again next time. We all loved it, and all the beds are king-size!

Great location near Thai Town — very convenient for delicious food! 🇹🇭 It’s also just a short walk to the Metro station, so getting around LA is easy. Parking on-site is available at $25 per night, which is great if you have a rental car. 🚗 The hotel is a bit old, and the air conditioner can be quite loud at night. 😅 But overall, still a comfortable and convenient stay for exploring Hollywood! 🌟
