Overall, the hotel has a fantastic atmosphere. The room was odor-free and quite spacious; we had no trouble opening three suitcases. The only minor issue was a curtain on one of the doors that was very difficult to close. You can definitely feel an academic vibe throughout the hotel, with quiet people studying everywhere. It's also a very safe area, right next to the school's police station. Dining options are convenient, and it's a short trip to Beverly Hills.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a Target nearby, and it's a 20-minute drive to Koreatown and Beverly Hills. There are plenty of great restaurants around. Being right on the UCLA campus, it's very safe, convenient for campus visits, and always bustling with conferences. The hotel environment is also very good. The downstairs restaurant is quite popular, and it explicitly states that it doesn't charge a service fee, which is a big plus – the service was so good I actually wanted to tip! The food was delicious, and there was a wide selection of drinks. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and it's quite rare for a room not to have a refrigerator, but the bedding was comfortable. You really have to lower your expectations a bit for hotels in the US. For check-out, they don't proactively confirm the bill with guests; they just deduct from your pre-authorization, and it shows up on your credit card statement a bit later. Another hotel I stayed at did the same thing. My understanding is that in the US, trust is a fundamental operating rule.

My child attended UCLA's summer football tryout camp, and we chose this on-campus hotel for safety and convenience. Its proximity to the football field and guaranteed security were our primary reasons for selecting it.

The location is pretty good, and it feels safe as it's a conference hotel associated with a university. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and Whole Foods is conveniently close for groceries. The restaurant on the first floor is decent, but nothing special – definitely not as amazing as its high Google rating suggests. If you charge your meals to the room, you can avoid paying tips. My friend wanted to store their luggage for a few days after checking out, even offering to pay, but the front desk refused. It was probably for security reasons. Luckily, they have airline elite status so they could check their bags for free, so they ended up not needing to store them anyway.

Given the safety concerns in Los Angeles, choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision. The service was excellent, and being surrounded by UCLA students created a wonderful atmosphere.

The bedding was a bit too soft, and the service attitude was just okay. After the room was supposedly cleaned, I found nail clippings on the bed and the carpet was dirty. The sheets were also poorly made. However, it's conveniently located for school matters, and there aren't many other options around.

This trip's stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, making transportation very convenient, and the surrounding amenities are complete. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was good, so I had a really great rest. The front desk staff were warm and polite, checked me in efficiently, and provided very thoughtful service. The cleaning was meticulous, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable. It offers great value for money, and I was extremely satisfied with my stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

This hotel, located on campus, feels relatively safe. The room was a bit small, but the bedding was clean and tidy, and the mattress was very comfortable. However, I'm not sure why the front desk staff said they only provide two bottles of water at check-in. We booked multiple nights, and for such an expensive hotel, can't they even provide daily water replenishment? 😌 Also, the shower pressure wasn't very strong.
