They dont clean the room, they dont clean nothing. I stayed 4 days and they didnt clean anything . I was very ungry with them, i told to them every day to clean it, and they always lie. 150$ for one night , it is a hotel for 30$ couse no SERVICE . Very dissapointed

The room and kitchen is great. But the location attracts many who would rent it to smoke **** inside the room. The front desk is good but uncoordinated hence they got my billing mixed up.

The room is big and the location is easy to reach as well. However, the surrounding area is filled with homeless and drug *******, I didn’t feel safe when I went back the flat at nighttime. Meanwhile, the service is extremely poor, staff is rude and unhelpful. My room originally had no hairdryer, and I went downstairs to the reception for over 5 times to finally have it delivered. Other than that, they totally mismanaged the booking information as I was supposed to stay 4 nights with them. In the morning of my fourth day, their staff just broke into my room while I was asleep without permission and demanded me to leave. They later realized I was supposed to stay one more night there upon clarification. With these terrible experience, I would never go back to this hotel even it is for free. Extremely unsafe if you are a girl travelling alone in LA

It was the closest hotel to the performance venue. Basically, the room was really spacious and was a full unit with cooking facilities. It was nice that the reception was on standby 24 hours a day, and the staff were friendly. The air conditioner was on the noisy side, but having a bathtub was great for taking a half-bath.

The room was great, the elevator was interesting, and the view from the room was like a parallel world – very interesting! But there were a lot of homeless people at the entrance, and their dogs were pooping everywhere…

The hotel is located in the city center, which isn't ideal for families due to the homeless population. Our group of five stayed for six nights, and since there was no housekeeping, we had to take out the trash ourselves. The rooms, living room, and kitchen were all just the right size, and the microwave and oven were convenient for cooking. However, there are no supermarkets nearby, so remember to shop beforehand. Overall, aside from the homeless issue, the accommodation was quite good.

It was noisy outside until midnight, so I could hear the noise even with the window closed, but I guess that can't be helped. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There was a microwave, refrigerator, cups, and cutlery, so it seems like it would be possible for a family to stay there and cook. However, I was bothered by the fact that there were coffee packs left in the coffee maker, probably from the previous guest. They also carefully explained how to use the shower at check-in, so it was easy to understand. I stayed for three nights and the room was never cleaned. Maybe if I had asked the front desk, they would have cleaned it. Overall, it was a hotel I'd like to stay at again!

Not suitable for business people, suitable for family travel

A comfortable hotel

The little girl at the front desk is always smiling and has a good service attitude. The room is large in size and fully equipped with a full set of kitchen utensils, including induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator, pots, bowls, cups, knives, forks, spoons, etc. The floor is average and the ordinary tiles are damaged. The biggest problem is that it is located in the city center and is not safe enough. You can hear shouts and sirens on the streets at night. Dogs basically don’t dare to wander around in the dark. Later, I heard from friends in Los Angeles that when you come to Los Angeles, you should not live in the city center. You should live in Arcadia and other places where Chinese people gather. It is safe, the Chinese supermarkets have a full range of goods, and you can speak Chinese everywhere.

Very suitable for multi-day long stay itineraries. I also read a lot of reviews before booking, and the opinions of previous people were all very solid. The location is in the city center and life is very convenient. There will be homeless people on the street, but it’s nothing in broad daylight. We often hear police sirens. In fact, it is normal in urban areas in the United States. They will be dispatched if anything happens, as if it is a big deal. I am quite satisfied that the room is large enough, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the nearby grocery shopping, subway, and shopping mall May's are only 5 or 6 minutes' walk away. The price is also reasonable, which is great!

Nice suite hotel with good Cp value comfortable to live in The only drawback is that there are some homeless people outside Police sirens sound very frequently at night But it’s great to experience the street style of Los Angeles
