I had another great stay at Rumi Hostel and I’m really happy I chose to stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the overall service was excellent. I actually kept extending my stay because I felt comfortable here and the staff always made everything easy. A special shout-out again to Elise. She is incredibly kind, patient, friendly, and always willing to help. She made my stay feel much more personal and welcoming, and she is honestly one of the nicest people I met during my time in Los Angeles. The combination of clean rooms, good breakfast, great service, and such a welcoming atmosphere made Rumi Hostel a place I was happy to keep coming back to. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Elise, for making my stay in LA even better. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This hostel is conveniently located near the subway station, making transportation easy. It has a kitchen and a large refrigerator, and the common areas are regularly cleaned and quite tidy. However, the rooms are not cleaned as often, lack ventilation, and I even got bitten by bugs in my bed.

Located by Koreatown, it’s pretty easy to access. However, it was hard contacting the worker to enter the hostel for check-in, as you need a passcode, and another hostel guest had to help open the door for me because the tenant didn’t respond. It does the job if you just need a cheaper place to stay.

Convenient location with quiet and clean rooms. There's a large supermarket nearby, which is great for shopping. The guesthouse has a big fridge and kitchen, perfect for preparing your own meals. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic, with direct access to the D line. K-town also offers plenty of great food and shopping. It's a converted detached building, and the front yard is beautifully decorated. Inside, there's a lot of vintage decor, making it feel like it used to be an office, complete with a piano. I booked the room hoping for a tall arched window but it didn't have one. However, the overall facilities are clean, and the bed outlets and lighting are well-thought-out and convenient. The front desk staff are very welcoming.

Receptionist was not friendly. You need to pay to rent a towel, and need to pay for a locker, which is mandatory if you want to put some things in the cupboard, even if you acknowledge it is at your own risk, otherwise they will put stickers all over your belongings. It is cheap, but you get what you pay for
