Room is clean and comfortable, very close to Universal Studio. There’s a 7-11 only 150 meters away. The host is friendly and solved the order issue for us.

The staffs are warm and humorous, though we arrived late at night, they served us with passion and professionalism. The place is clean and spacious, of walkable distance to USH (with aid of shuttle bus near metro), but we chose to drive there eventually. (They also offered us day parking while we're at USH though we didn't get to utilise it in the end)

A motel type hotel, the location is close to Universal Studios, 20 minutes walk, uber costs 7 US dollars/6 minutes, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and there is a microwave. Free parking. The stay was also pleasant. I arrived at Universal Studios at 8 o'clock in the morning and played Hammy's favorite Harry Potter Castle, which was really convenient.
The boss is Indian, and there are many Indians nearby. The boss seemed to be quite smart. He said at first that smoking was not allowed in the room and that he would be charged $71 for miscellaneous fees. When we drove up we were a little worried, however that was quickly gone with the clerks helpfulness. The room was very nice and we could see that they were remodeling the hotel. We had chosen this place because we were staying at Disneyland and we didn’t want to drive to the Rose Bowl game early in the morning. This was a perfect spot for us!

The staff was very helpful and friendly, they let us check in early. Room small but with everything we needed, the bathroom though was very spacious with excellent products. 15 min walk to universal studios tram.
