The room was spacious and clean. Speaking as a Korean, knowing that it's managed by Korean Air, the cleanliness was top-notch as expected. The night view was also amazing.

Located in downtown Los Angeles, it's like Lujiazui in Shanghai, with skyscrapers towering everywhere! Valet parking is available, but it costs $71 per night! Just call when you need your car. The hotel lobby is on the 70th floor, and the elevators are very advanced – you swipe your card in the elevator hall, and there are no buttons inside the elevator itself! The lobby and bar are very chic and modern, offering a sky-high experience, while the rooms are standard InterContinental quality.

Room is spacious with fantastic view. Staff are friendly. I enjoyed staying there!

It was a bit inconvenient having to change elevators, but most skyscrapers operate that way, so I had to understand. Also, the location was great, so it was nice to be able to easily walk around downtown during the day or at night. And the view is absolutely stunning.

The room was clean and spacious, and the lobby on the 70th floor had a grand view. The valet service was excellent. It was super convenient to buy things with a 7-Eleven and a fried chicken shop nearby. It's suitable for business travel. I noticed a lot of Korean flight attendants staying here, so it might be a regular spot for them.

5 nights Fams Trip Room double bed. Everything just perfect. Spacious room with luxury modern design. cleanliness perfect. bathroom : luxury modern design, super clean. To access room must through lobby on 70th floor with amazing view. We can enjoy nice view from lobby, there are many chairs provided for relaxing or doing office work. Hotel also have resto on 73th floor with view Los Angeles City. Great location, surround with shop, resto. AC this hotel perfect, really quite and work perfectly. Thanks to hotel staff who gave us room with nice view on high floor. But the staff (women) who on duty for instant messages not friendly. Definitely i will come back for next visit. I like this hotel so much ❤️ Highly recommended.

This high-rise hotel in the city center offers close-up views of downtown Los Angeles. The hotel restaurant is on the 72nd floor, and breakfast is à la carte with a great selection. The butter is especially good!

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times already, and every time I'm in Los Angeles, I choose this InterContinental. The night view is excellent, the hotel is clean and tidy, and the service is attentive. It's definitely worth recommending. Trip.com, as always, is great!

I checked in late, around midnight. Even though I had to wait a while, the front desk staff was very friendly. The room can't compare to hotels in China, but for North America, it was decent. However, the breakfast service was absolutely shocking. I ordered food and waited forever. The vegetables were yellow and even rotten, and I won't even go into that. But the meat inside was so salty it was practically inedible. When I told the male server, he actually got angry and asked me, 'What do you want?' I looked at him, utterly confused, and then he offered to get me an avocado dish instead. Then began another long wait. My friend and I just got up to leave. I asked another server (and even the front desk staff) where to pay. The other server then ran to the kitchen and told my server, 'Your guest doesn't want to pay and is trying to run off.' I was dumbfounded. I stay in countless hotels every month, and this is the first and only time I've ever encountered someone like this. And this is supposed to be a five-star hotel.
