Located on Sunset Boulevard, the building has a secure access control with a password-protected door and elevator entrance. There's an apartment parking lot. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, a refrigerator, and a stove. Condiments are also provided. The apartment includes a bedroom, living room, bathroom, and storage room, all very roomy. Please bring your own toiletries and slippers. There is a communal laundry room. Check-in is self-service and you can receive emails.

This is one of the best hotel i stayed in California. The room rate is reasonable, service was great and location is quite okay. Even though the room is small, its great for solo travellor or couples who love a more compact room! The bathroom, bedroom and tables were super clean and eveything works well! Regarding on the safety concern on the hotel, it was quite safe. I was able to walk around near the hotel without feeling afraid. Although, sometimes I could hear people opening doors next to my room, everything were fine. Do note, there wasn’t a dedicated space for luagage so do note the room walkway can be squeezy.

Facilities: The hotel has all the basics you need, meeting most needs. The best part is the coffee machine with a wide selection, saving at least 50-60 yuan a day on coffee. The only drawback is that most US hotels don't provide slippers or toothbrushes, so you'll need to bring your own. Cleanliness: Cleaned daily and quite clean. Environment: French minimalist style. Service: Semi-self-service, with no face-to-face interaction with staff other than the cleaning staff. Value for money: Located directly across from the W Hotel, the hotel offers a great location and a good value. US hotels can be expensive, but this one is a good choice for under 1,000 yuan.

I think the location is pretty good, very close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, only 2-3 minutes' walk away, which is a good distance, suitable for people who want to see the Hollywood Walk of Fame and want a cheap place to stay. It is highly recommended. The boss is also very kind and considerate. If you need any equipment or tools, just tell the boss and he will help you. I am traveling to Universal Studios, which is a long way away. In summary, if you want to save money and find a cheap place, it is worth recommending. 👍

The hotel is close to the Getty Museum. It has a beautiful environment and large rooms. However, some rooms are close to the highway and you can hear the sound of cars. The air conditioner in the room is very loud when the heating is turned on. The parking fee is 49 dollars.

Booked on Trip.com, the price was quite reasonable, but the room was incredibly noisy! Surrounded by roads on all four sides, plus a highway, there was practically no escaping the noise. Americans love driving large-displacement cars and motorcycles, and they don't stop until midnight, then start again very early in the morning. You'll definitely need earplugs to sleep. Breakfast was a very simple American-style cold spread. The front desk did offer free Uber rides to nearby locations.

Great location just one block away from the Walk of Fame. Check in was in the afternoon however we got there mid morning and they already had our room ready. The room was clean and with all the basic facilities and amenities necessary. The only aspect they could improve is the mattress as it was quite soft for a hotel bed. Friendly staff and great facilities.

the staff was friendly and very nice and helpful and responsive. I like all the staff, and they sell water too. my stay was very enjoyable I stay would be more pleasant if California hotels include disposable slippers in their amenities. the hotel was clean and lovely

Great location, friendly team, comfy bed and quality toiletries in the shower. Only gripes were the air con being temperamental and not really working in my room.  They came as soon as I reported it but then it conked out again.  Shower door is weird as well; have to squeeze yourself past it to close it. Otherwise it was great and reasonably priced!

The hotel is relatively new, the basic rooms are slightly small, the price is not cheap, the location is good, it is close to Hollywood, there are homeless people around, and the smell is quite strong.
