The lady at the front desk was very rude. I think her name was Martinez? Everyone else aside from her were very nice. Room was pretty good too.

I chose Hyatt House because it is close to my child's school. Although the breakfast is not as rich as those in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, the nutritional combination is still good. The freight railway next to it is a little noisy, but fortunately it is short-lived and does not last too long. Unfortunately, when I went back to the hotel to pick up my luggage, I encountered a railway freight car blocking the traffic intersection and had to take a detour. The Uber fare that was originally more than $40 cost more than $80.

I went to the United States to test the SAT. On the first day, I rented the box in the trunk on the first day. Everything was inside. After 2 hours, the driver returned the box (paying the driver 30 dollars) Really, it’s really friendly and welcoming. I didn’t even think that the box would come back. It’s really a big compliment. For other information: There are 3 people at the front desk, the manager is Johnny, one speaks Chinese and the other is unclear. The location is quite good, although this area is a Mexican place, but unlike Houston, which is full of dangers like tramps, it is safe and quiet at night. If you go to the SAT, go to the examination room for 6 minutes. Left and right, if it is accommodation, it is a good choice, there is a 7-11 convenience store at the door, and a few streets down is Chinatown. The room was very warm, the bed was very soft and comfortable, not an apartment was a small house, I booked the most common one, one bed and one table, then the floor was wood, the bathroom was very clean, the air conditioning thief was strong

The inside of the room is much more beautiful than the outside. The parking spaces are sometimes full. There are quite a few places to eat nearby (but I haven’t eaten). There are kettles and microwaves in the room. Breakfast is not provided. The photos and descriptions of the restaurant are very fair.

We had a very good experience here. The front desk staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. There is free coffee, tea in the lobby. The only thing I didn't like is that the hotel charges 150 $ deposit at check in (average in Glendale/ Los Angeles is $ 100). Another thing is.. the parking costs an additional 10 $ per day. Can't this just be included in the room rate? Auxillary cost makes the world go round. Despite this I would stay again.

The motel's equipment is generally simple, not comparable to a star hotel, but the uncle who received it is very good, I said there is no lighter, he helped me find a box of matches, about 800 meters from the hotel, there is a supermarket, McDonald's, Starbucks, breakfast settled in Starbucks, then hit Uber to Universal Studios.

It was a good place to stay cheaply for one person. The only amenities were a shampoo hat, and the shampoo and body soap provided were only available in small quantities. No other hand soap or body lotion was available. I don't know if the shower didn't work or if there was another way to use it, but the only way to get hot or cold water was from the faucet that stored hot water in the bathtub. It was very nice to have a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. There were also about 4 hangers. They also cleaned the room, but the TV was left on once, and the Wi-Fi was almost unusable that day, and the TV suddenly turned on in the middle of the night, so even when the management was not right, the TV was left on. I wonder if there is. Sometimes there was only one small towel. There were plenty of electrical outlets. The futon on the bed was thin.

I feel a little bad leaving this review. I normally only book at places that are rated by guests as 4+ stars. The good: - the service desk people were lovely, prompt, and very helpful. - the daily breakfast was good - you get to make your own waffles! And the peach yoghurt! There are 3 kinds of cereals, 2 bread, bagel, muffin, fruit; there are scrambled (ish) eggs daily and either sausages or hash or bacon as the other hot option. Tea, coffee, apple and orange juice. - the bed itself was pretty comfy The bad: - the pillows were lumpy. I have never felt such lumpy pillows in my life. - the room smelled - I am unsure what of, but it was acrid/musty/ something - reminded me a bit of carpet cleaning solution maybe?? - the air conditioning turns itself auto on/off, there is no continuous air option (or maybe the button is broken?) - this meant I was oscillating between too hot and cool enough when I was sleeping, woke up sweating a few times The unsure: - didn't try the pool.
