The basic amenities are all there, but the pictures are misleading. The king-size room is a traditional room without a sofa, and the amenities list doesn't mention one either. The soundproofing is a bit poor; I was given a room right by the stairs and could often hear noise, although thankfully I'm a heavy sleeper. Still, I could hear noise from the adjacent room. There are no toiletries or slippers provided in the room, not even a shower cap. Also, the showerhead isn't detachable. The biggest advantage is definitely the superb location; Rodeo Drive is just a stone's throw away. There were very few staff members. When I was checking out, there was no one at the front desk. If she had been any later, I would have missed my flight. However, I was able to retrieve my lost iPad, which is something I wouldn't feel secure about in the US. That's a definite plus. Considering the price and the location, it's generally acceptable.

This time, my 9-year-old son and I chose to stay at the Beverly Hills Marriott. It's about a 20-minute walk to Rodeo Drive and roughly 14 minutes to the popular Layla Bagel. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the service personnel at the entrance were also incredibly friendly, making me feel well-cared for right after my flight. An Uber to UCLA was just over $20, and it was about the same to the Getty Center. The only drawback is that the place is a bit dated.

It's old enough, not many residents. They provide guests with handwritten welcome cards, which is very thoughtful. The bedding in the room is very clean, but there are obvious water stains in the bathroom (the kind that can't be washed off). Overnight parking is $70, which is a normal price for hotels in this area, but it's really expensive. However, I suggest that you don't stay in this hotel recently, because they are renovating, the rooftop swimming pool is closed, the restaurant has been moved to the entrance, and the breakfast is really just some terrible bread (the croissants are not crispy enough and feel like they have been stored for a long time). The platform and the official website did not explicitly indicate that they are renovating.

Staying in such a hotel at this price is very low value for money Facilities: The facilities feel very old, like toilets from more than ten years ago... The bathtub 🛁 feels very old and generally hygienic. The door of the room is not well insulated and I always feel unsafe. Service: There is not much service. The lady at the front desk is very casual. She chews bubble gum and is very casual. The room is very small... At this price, you can stay in the nearby Marriott... At least the international chain is very safe

I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel environment was elegant and clean, the room was warm and comfortable, and the bedding was soft and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, providing professional and meticulous service from the front desk to room service, making me feel very cared for. The facilities were complete, and the location was very convenient. The overall service level was very high, with quality reflected in the details. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and would highly recommend it.

I used the spa at this location and will absolutely be going back as often as I can afford to! Sheila was friendly, professional, and kind and the rest of the staff were just as amazing. It honestly felt like entering into another world from the busy and. dirty streets of DTLA.

The main reason for choosing here is that there is a HEITZ car rental point in the building, and the area is safer. The second floor window given to the inner room, the air conditioner and the interior board have a certain resonance, and the pillow needs to be pressed to reduce the noise. The room actually has no effect map. There is no partition between the big bed and the combed bed. Without partition, living in the opposite group Marriott twin room is not better, but also sleeping in a combed bed is completely without advantages, and breakfast is a single point is not a 25-knife standard meal, so a single point plus tax plus tip, count down to 30 knives easily, and can not be seen to Marriott

The Christmas and New Year atmosphere is particularly strong. The Monroe sign at the door looks like many people come here to take pictures. The butler service is very good, the meals in the room service are super delicious, and the service level is also very high. The view outside the room window is very good, it's Beverly Hills

Time by time SLS disappointed! Stayed from August 6–24, extending multiple times and spending generously at the pool and restaurants. Housekeeping and pool staff are excellent, but reception is unprofessional, rude, and repeatedly locked me out of my room. Even basic courtesy was denied—like refusing me access to the lobby restroom while allowing others. For a hotel of this level, management is clearly failing. SLS needs new leadership.

The hotel is situated near residential areas, so it’s quiet at night and safe. Most of the male staff are kind of friendly however the female staff (one bartender, one at the service desk are extremely rude). When I checked in the hotel, the toilet was flooded and TV remote wasn’t working. They fixed it promptly afterwards which is fine. However, don’t book the hotel unless you considered these few things: 1) there is a resort fee is $58 USD added on top of your booking, they offer $32 dining credit with the resort fee but charge $8USD for delivery fee for in-room dining (not including tips, tax etc) 2) valet parking is $66USD. There are no many parking options near the hotel so you have no choice but to pay these. Don’t be fooled by the cheap room prices until you consider these extra cost abovez So if you stay in the hotel, be prepared to be charged additional ~ $120 USD per night on top of what you’ve booked here on trip .
