Not bad, not bad at all! It has a great atmosphere, and you can cook, with plenty of pots and pans. Breakfast is included, and you can eat as much bread as you like. I heard there's even a volunteer dorm exchange program, but the downside is you have to work for over a month.

The location is in Koreatown, very convenient for eating. The room is simple and clean, there’s a coffee machine with coffee, but no hot water machine with tea, so you need to go to the service desk on the first floor if you want to make tea. There’s an ironing board but no iron.
The air conditioner is extremely loud when running.

My car was smashed, my bag was stolen, and I didn't have my passport. I called to say I couldn't check in without my passport, and they offered to print a small amount of paper for me for free. The receptionist, James, was super handsome and kind. He even told me this morning that I had left my card and phone at the hotel (I was so careless!), and they called and emailed me immediately after finding out, saving me from disaster. The environment is nice, there's parking, and the front door is locked at night, so it's very safe. If you arrive late at night, there are places to eat late-night snacks nearby, but not many. It's close to the consulate, within walking distance.

The hotel is located in Koreatown, LA, and has free parking spaces. You don’t have to find parking spaces in LA. There are many laundromats nearby, which is very suitable for organizing at a designated location during your trip. It’s not too far to go to Universal

It was really friendly, warm welcome, timely and wonderful treats for each night of stays. Coffee at Alfred are absolutely divine, lobby bar are amazing range of drinks and foods selection while we enjoying the big screen for fifa games….Have not get a chance to try their restaurant due to several catching up with LA friends. Definitely recommended for LA first time holiday with very convenient metro train and buses.

Big thank you to all the team of cleaning services maintaining our room sparkle each stays. We love to staying longer, due to our fifa game at Sofi stadium, then we decided to move closer to stadium.

Although it is old, it is relatively clean and seems well-maintained.
Parking was also convenient.
Although it is located in Koreatown, it is not situated in a pristine area like a typical tourist spot, so the path back to the hotel felt a bit uncomfortable when walking around alone.
I am just saying that is the general atmosphere of the surroundings.
Since I rented a car, I am not sure about the convenience of transportation, but there are many good restaurants nearby, within walking distance.

Shabby hotel. Minimaly decent.
Neighbourhood is unsafe, adviced not to go out after dark. Just look up the Koreatown area. Had to order delivery in my room instead of going out to eat.
Two of the walls in my room are raw brick, not painted or smoothed first time staying in a hotel like this. Not worth the price. Wish I could spend $20 more for a far better hotel near the Getty Center.
My arms went sore lifting the provided hairdryer before my hair could be dried.
Good thing is the front desk attitude is quite nice.

In the middle of Korean town, there are nearby Korean restaurants, H-Mart and Kaju Market, so it is convenient to shop and there is a cafe for young people on the first floor, so you can easily buy drinks.
However, it would be better to be a little careful at night.
The big problem is that the hotel reception is in the lower corner of the second floor and there is no elevator
The big bag is too hard to drag up. There's no porter.
You have to open the door off the street, but no one is there before 10 o'clock.
