The Ritz-Carlton properties in Los Angeles

They gave me the wrong room type, and even though they compensated me, it was still a very frustrating experience. Every Ritz I've stayed at has had problems, so I'd advise avoiding them.

Almost everything was perfect. The hotel's surroundings were actually quite nice, although there were a few homeless people and some advice against going out at night, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. However, this didn't diminish my appreciation for the hotel, and I would choose it again next time. The room was very comfortable, like a top-tier hotel in China, and cleanliness was not a concern. Breakfast was served in the Marriott lobby and was decent, including my favorite Mexican breakfast. Los Angeles is a Chinese city, so food is plentiful. I recommend Dongtingxian in San Gabriel, authentic Hunan cuisine, especially the perilla fish soup, which is a soup you can drink, not a spicy broth.
