This is a magnificent one bedroom condo with two beautiful bathrooms, both with large walk in showers, right on the Sea of Cortez at the Villas De Cortez in the Van Wormer Resorts. Walk out your sliding glass door and you are steps to the pool. Then down a few steps to the Sea of Cortez. First floor units are a big plus in this building, since you do not have to use stairs or elevator to access pool area. Location of this building is in a perfect location, since you can WALK to the Heart of Los Barriles in minutes. Two grocery stores are very close as well as many great, inexpensive restaurants. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION There are two queen sized beds in the bedroom, and a sofa in the living room plus an airbed. So the unit can sleep 6 comfortably, if 2 in each queen. This condo is in the Villas de Cortez Unit #1105. This is a well wonderful price for this unit. This unit rents from the Management company for $320 to $380 per night or more.. Our rates are based from $250 per night, which can vary for high and low seasons, plus a modest cleanup fee at departure (around $75 US). Los Barriles is a quiet village with many good casual inexpensive restaurants, and affordable shops. A great place for a couples get a way or a family vacation on the ocean in luxury. I will provide a list of recommended restaurants prior to arrival or in the white notebook in the unit.. Also, the Complex has just recently opened 24 pickleball courts. Fun In The Sun In Los Barilles We were meeting some friends to go fishing and Palmas de Cortez was booked due to a marlin tournament. I found this spot at Villas de Cortez and it was perfect!! The bottom floor location made it literally just a few steps from the pool and we were close to all the restaurants at Palmas de Cortez and had access to both the Villas de Cortez and Palmas de Cortez pools and other amenities. The condo was spacious and had 2 bathrooms as well as washer and dryer which was helpful for our family. The kitchen has everything you need and the fridge kept our drinks cold. :) Would definitely recommend staying here and hope our family will be able to book this place again in the near future. **Note: ladies I would recommend bringing your own hair dryer as the one there was not very powerful and took forever to dry my hair and my hair is short.
