The Residences at Hacienda Encantada

Horrible service, lots of hidden fees restaurants not kids friendly and food wasn’t very good. Would definitely avoid this resort.

We have been staying at Hacienda Encantada Residences for years, and will continue to do so!! Absolutely love this place! Views are unbelievable! Food is 2nd to none, and the service!! Everyone is friendly and will bend over backwards to make your stay memorable!! Guillermo and his staff are amazing at what they do and the service they provide! And Daril has gone above and beyond what his job is to make our stay as wonderful as he can!! Truly look forward every year for our stay!! Highly recommend the Governors Tacos at el Patio and the fish by Manuel at il Forno!!

Always a beautiful experience across the board! The staff and service is amazing…they care for us as though we are family. We truly feel like we are at home.

We have been vacationing at Hacienda Residences for over 10 years. We stay in a 4-bedroom house and Guillermo takes such great care of us. If I need anything for the kitchen or have any questions he is always available and quick to respond.

This was our first time to The Residences at Hacienda Encantada and it was wonderful! The suite was quiet, spacious, and clean. We had a shared pool but in the lower season we had it all to ourselves. The food was fantastic. The staff who work there were always kind, courteous, and super ready to be of help. Our concierge, Clemente, could not have been more helpful in arranging rides, reservations, suggesting places to eat, answering questions, and so on. Everywhere you went, gave you a view of the Sea of Cortes! There were multiple pools, restaurants, and smaller eateries so that you never felt crowded. The Marina at Cabo san Lucas was only 15 minutes away and San Jose del Cabo was only 30 minutes away. Overall, it could not have been a better place to be on our first trip to Mexico!

This is our 2nd year coming out to the Residences with my sister and her husband. My husband and I had been looking forward to our visit here as it is always a great place to unwind and get a break from the day to day grind that awaits us back home. The house is gorgeous and we love that we have our own pool with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff here is always so friendly, personable and welcoming. Everyone - from the gentlemen handling our luggage, the staff checking us in, the shuttle drivers, and the convenience store staff - were wonderful. I truly loved that when we checked in, the staff greeted us with “Welcome home”! This really is like a home away from home except we can relax here! We had requested the same butler we had the last time, Guillermo. He is excellent! He was always available to answer any questions we had and checked in on us frequently. He helped us secure tickets to the marina several times during our stay and also arranged a taxi to take us to San Jose del Cabo one night. It is always a pleasure staying at the Residences at Hacienda Encantada and we look forward to when we come back.

The Residences are a fantastic Mexican luxury experience. We had a butler named Daniel that attended to our every need and made our trip of 3 ladies wonderful. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. We had our own pool and hot tub which were clean and the perfect temperature.

Hacienda Encantada is such a wonderful exclusive resort that has superb service. Every person that works there that we encountered has been amazing. Shout out to our Butler, Clemente. He is the best. Shout out to our server Kevin and our golf cart chauffers. We forgot all our names. Our stay has been beyond amazing. Can’t wait to go back and bring more friends and families along

Eusefia did an amazing job keeping our hacienda so lovely! We felt so well taken care of by her! Such great attention to detail, so friendly and happy every day, We loved seeing her every day.
