Amazing location but the property and room were a little run down.
Can’t beat the amazing views and friendly staff. However our room had many issues of neglect. The bathroom door couldn’t latch closed, the shower rod was broken and coming out of the wall where a few screws had broken tiles. There were also a few cockroaches. The amenities were good, but the pool had several sport where tile had fallen off and not been replaced.

Nice location but beyond walking distance from downtown. Initial map on ******* showed this property right on main beach in Cabo. Also did not receive vip benefits.

Third time visiting this property, love it.
A few items not up to expectations were the barbeque didn't work and the snorkel and fin equipment not always available and the beach chairs for the beach could use a refresh.
Otherwise we totally enjoyed the property and its amenities and will return

The most amazing view! We saw whales every day. The view from Sirena Del Mar is absolutely stunning. The entire place is immaculate. Great place if you're not into a crowded party scene. Easy to find chairs at the pools, swim up bar in big pool. Great customer service from the staff. In particular Jorge, Antonio, Angel, and Miguel were amazing. They know how to make sure you have a great time

Love this resort. It is small and quiet— not for the party folks. Every day we saw whales and beautiful sunrises & sunsets. Great fitness center, no time share pressure—what’s not to like?

My husband and I spent 5 wonderful nights at Sirena del Mar. There is nothing not to love about it! The workout area is the best I've ever seen at a resort. I appreciated and enjoyed all of the activities they have to offer daily including yoga, pool aerobics, and even took a cooking class from the chef at the resort. Also, unlike most swimming pools in Mexico, both of them were heated!! Lastly, we appreciated having the kitchen. It was well equipped. Views spectacular, can see the Arches in the distance.

Prices have definately gone up and unfortunately the service has gone down. Over $80 US for 2 bowls of chicken soup
(Poor quality) and a couple of coke’s
House keeping only once a week
I want to feel special when I travel, this property did not achieve that

Third time at the same hotel. Service declined substantially, except for valet, especially Edgar (valet), cleaning is not the same, wi fi did not work at all. Frustrating!
