Very nice place. Good to know that you can only get beer and wine at the restaurants, not hard liquor. Also wine options are very limited. They do a great job of tending to so many people at such a huge resort. Gotta give a shout out to Jorge the server in the Lobby bar, who we accidentally called Miguel the whole trip- lol

Fantastic property with beautiful ocean views from everywhere. Good food, beautiful beach, heated pool and access the RIU Santa Fe next door which was very lively for entertainment (day and night). My criticisms are that the beach/ocean is not swimable, the kids club was inconsistent, and the a la carte restaurants were not better than the buffet (combination of the buffet being really good and the restaurants being not that great). Great resort and a great stay overall.

We enjoyed the a**osphere during the day but the evening events we too loud and lasted until midnight. Our room was on the fourth floor and on the opposite side of where the "lounge" was located and it still interferred with our sleep. Other than that it was a great place.

The views are stunning and beautiful! The staff is amazing and friendly! Raul at the Italian restaurant and the tiny lady at our area on the north west side of the outside breakfast area were exceptional! The maître Dee at the main bar area was so accommodating in the evening. The food was exceptional at all of the different restaurants. My favorite was the Italian restaurant! Quiet and exceptional service! We were there 10 years ago and it was still awesome!

Beautiful property. The pools were spacious and plenty of lounge chairs. The view was amazing. The only thing that was less than perfect was the food. I didn’t love the buffets. Lots of options, but just average food.

Could be too much walking up steps for older people. Had an elevator but it was quite out of the way. Not always easy to find a restroom. The beach at this location did not offer any fun water activities for teens.

The staffs were very friendly and prompt to assist in anything. If you are traveling with family especially with the little ones, they have some kids activities but in the evening, after certain hour, it’s adult party time and that can be very loud.
There are some smoking areas that are closed to bedrooms and the smell can be unpleasant.
