Quality Inn

The room was dirty, the mattress stained. They wouldn’t allow us to switch rooms. I was very disappointed.

Staff was pleasant. However, the ac/heater unit made a horrible sound when turned it on. Could not sleep very well as it made the sound all night long.

I requested a downstairs room because of old age and inability to climb stairs comfortably. Was told there were none. It was extremely loud there so sleeping was difficult until after midnight. Was going to stay two nights but decided not to after the first night. There were unsupervised children running around the breakfast room making too much noise.

Clean rooms were good. We didn’t eat breakfast. I thought they had an indoor pool but it was outdoor and closed.

The staff were very nice. The rooms are dated and very noisy, windows need replacing. The location was good for easy off and on access to the highway. There’s a mall across the street with food options which was convenient.

Rooms are clean and kept at a good temperature. The beds and pillows are soft and because smoking is not allowed on the property it's great for those with asthma or allergies

Very nice hotel for the price, close to freeway and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable important to me as I have back trouble.

I never got to stay. Either Quality Inns or ******* decided they didn't want me to stay at this hotel. Have a nice day.

Bed was comfortable, water pressure was good, water was hot, Brenda was courteous and professional. There was plenty of breakfast.
