Really not clean. Bathroom leak smell of urine at the bathtub. Really not suitable for a family. Ground in a really lamentable state..

They do not clean your apartment during your stay. Nor provide clean towels everyday. Reception should be manned at all times.

We reserved this hotel through T-Mobile, our flight was delayed so we got to the hotel last 6pm (got here around 7pm). Per the sign, they supposedly sent an email with instructions but we only got the email from T-Mobile not from the hotel. The number posted on the wall is not even a working number. I even tried using the phone at the reception desk and it didn’t even go to a legit person or message.

This hotel/apartment was good booked two rooms one the air conditioning wasn't working right and they only cleaned one room the day before we booked out after 5days into our 7 day stay other room wasn't cleaned at all had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper bins were never emptied and they never check air conditioning even though it being reported give us a fan to use, rooms quite small glad I booked two rooms for 4 people as each room slept 4 and would be a tight squeeze for 4 adults. Having a pool was a great addition as it gave you a choice to relax by the pool some days but restaurant was closed and no were to get snack or a drink other then going to your room.

The 1st night we arrived, no heating in the accommodation, we stayed in the cold all night until mid-morning the next day.
If we can benefit from a commercial gesture for the next stay, that would be perfect.
Otherwise, the maintenance staff was present and attentive, very friendly, we appreciated their service.

Arrived after 6 p.m. but the hotel had taken care to send me an SMS with the recommendations (sms which ended up among the suspicions of spam 🤔) Without the presence of a regular customer of the place, I did not have the instructions because I had not investigated my messages on my phone.
Strong smell of Indian cuisine in the room - smell of curry that smelled the whole 2nd floor. Smoke detector ripped from the ceiling
Spacious, clean room - well located hotel.
