The hotel was super good, with friendly and helpful staff. We had a lovely and pleasant stay. Just a small note regarding the lift: it was a bit on the small side, which might cause issues for less mobile guests who use a wheelchair. But everything else was definitely fine. Highly recommended!!

This hotel is perfect for a visitor to Lourdes, it is opposite the train station and is a walking distance to the Glotto of our Lady of Lourdes. Really nice hotel with great food and wonderful people. Overall l would stay again at this hotel and l would recommend it to any travelers to Lourdes.

Perfect location for those who want to stay near the drains station, hotel is just on the opposite side of the station. Buses to grotto is available in front of the train station.

A very nice hotel, ideally located opposite the train station, with direct access to the sanctuary bus and the airport. Beautiful garden, swimming pool, and spotless rooms. The restaurant is good, with a special mention for the (gargantuan) breakfast.

The hotel is just opposite the train station. The hotel is in an old building with a restaurant and luxurious decoration. The rooms are European style, the same as other BW series. The room has a balcony with a view of the snow-capped mountains and the church in Lourdes. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary, and 10 minutes to walk to the town center, but there is a slope.
