We recently spent 2.5 wonderful weeks at Hotel Pappas in Loutraki, and we couldn't have wished for a better experience! From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, the staff made us feel truly welcome and cared for. **Warm Welcome & Going Above and Beyond** Because of our travel schedule, we arrived quite late on our first evening, well after dinner service had ended. To our surprise, the thoughtful staff had already prepared two delicious plates of food for us so we wouldn't go to bed hungry. It was such a sweet, attentive gesture that set the tone for our entire stay. **Exceptional Care, Massage & Housekeeping** A few days into our trip, my back started bothering me—partly due to pre-existing back issues, but also because the mattress was a bit too firm for me. Using Google Translate, I asked Afroditi if it was possible to get a softer mattress. Without hesitation, she immediately placed a soft mattress topper on my bed. On top of that, I was helped directly by the hotel masseuse, **Marisia**, who worked her magic to get my back moving and feeling better again. Thanks to their combined quick action and great care, my back was able to recover, and I slept comfortably for the rest of our stay! The housekeeping team—**Afroditi, Margret, and Georgia**—are absolute gems. Every single morning, they greeted us with the biggest smiles and such cheerful energy. On our very last day, even though we hadn't requested room cleaning, they secretly left little surprise gifts on our bed for us! We had actually bought chocolates to thank them, but they beat us to it. Their kindness genuinely touched our hearts. **Great Amenities & Perfect Location** The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the Peloponnese region. Having a private beach right at the hotel was fantastic, and the pool area was equally great. A special shout-out to **Constantinos**, who manages the pool area every day. He works tirelessly to ensure all guests feel completely relaxed and at home. **Dining & Restaurant Staff** Both breakfast and dinner were pleasant. While the overall selection isn't overwhelming, there was more than enough variety for us, with different warm dishes featured every day to keep things interesting. What we especially loved was the great selection of fresh salads made with quality ingredients! On top of that, the restaurant staff was wonderfully attentive and friendly throughout our stay. **Final Thoughts** We thoroughly enjoyed our 2.5-week vacation at Hotel Pappas. To everyone at the hotel: thank you so much for your incredible hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely cherish these memories!

Ωραίοι εξωτερικοί χώροι Ωραίο πρωινό An unacceptable experience for €135/night Negatives: Although the exterior areas of the hotel “look nice” and have an authentic 80s character, the interior feels like complete chaos from the same era. From the very first day, we asked for water on our arrival because the fridge in the room was empty. The response was that there was no room service and that we should go down to the bar to get it. The room had a strong sewage smell, and the bathroom smelled of urine. What was truly unacceptable was the constant noise from the vertical drainage system. Every time someone used the toilet on the upper floors, it sounded as if the flushing was happening in our own room. The noise was loud and extremely disturbing, making it impossible to sleep. We only managed to rest once everyone on the upper floors had stopped using the bathrooms. The level of irritation was unbelievable. We were also woken up at 7:00 in the morning by the cleaning staff, who were leaving buckets loudly on the floor, talking loudly in the corridors, and of course because of the noise from the rooms above. The corridors were extremely noisy, with children shouting and guests speaking loudly as they passed by, with no apparent control or attention to the hotel’s quiet hours. There was no visible signage or effort to maintain a peaceful environment in the common areas. I would never choose this hotel again for a stay and I cannot recommend it to anyone. For a day visit to the bar at the beach and the pool area, it may be fine. It is a real shame because of the location. The hotel has

I stayed at Pappas hotel for a week. The food here was amazing. Simple, but very tasty and nutritious. I am an athlete, this hotel supports my fitness goals with healthy food and that I love most about hotels. The staff was very friendly and helping. My favourite staff member was the barman Nikos, who greeted me and tlaked to me like an old friend. Make sure you chat with him during your stay. This hotel is a very nice and calm place to stay. It is just far enough from the city noise and at the same time just a 20 minute walk away. The beach here is small, but very cozy and private, it also has a bar and jumping dock. This hotel is not like a hotel, it is your second little home.

Not for us Location is good. The hotel is quite outdated. Very thin walls. Beds very uncomfortable. For the price it’s not good value.

All Inclusive is not responsible, at lunch with this program you are only entitled to one drink, and the same for dinner. The beach bar is for an additional fee. The lobby bar is available for drinks for 3 hours a day and when you ask them to pour juice into your baby's bottle, they say that it is not allowed. I have visited many hotels even for less money and this one has the worst service and the All Inclusive program corresponds to half board. I am really angry and it ruined my whole vacation.

The property was larger than I thought and had more amenities than I thought. There was a massage salon (who offered a 10% discount for hotel guests), it was on the ocean, there was a beach bar, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a bar, and ample parking. It satisfied all needs.

Very good Service. Very good Location, parking and beach. Pool is deep and clean with guard. Room can be made complete dark at night - no disturbing light source in sea view room, could sleep with window open and hear the waves. Perfect Place to relax if you don‘t mind the Hôtel Design isn‘t new/modern. Good Bar and Dinner Buffet with not too much, but good and fresh choice.

My stay here was absolutely out of this world the people in the town and staff working at this hotel are very hospitable and very kind. The beach is small and quite but perfect for the summer, everything is reasonably priced and the stores in town are great. Everything is walking distance if your up for it. Would recommend this place to everyone I know and everyone who is considering going to Greece, the hustle and bustle of Athens was not for me. I liked it for a day trip but this town is so authentic and layed back. More of the experience I was looking for 10/10.
