Took kids to Kings island for a birthday party and closed down the indoor pool at the hotel that night.

The staff was so attentive, friendly and helpful. One of several examples involves early morning coffee. Instead of going to the self service area I found myself at the restaurant. The staff was preparing for the morning guests. When I asked where the coffee bar was, they could have directed me to the location, which would have been fine. Instead, one of them stopped what they were doing. She cheerfully brought me a cup of coffee and cream. That kind act made my morning. There are other examples of service excellence during my short stay. In an area with many hotel options, I look forward to returning next time we are in the area.

The hotel was very very nice. The staff was exceptional and the restaurant was very good too! Great stay!

Dining was a trip took one hour and a half for our food .Also my major gripe is some there put a hold on my credit card (which was actually a debit card meaning they held cash) for my one night stay twice so I had a 480 cash hold on my card on a holiday weekend for 5 days.totally tied up my money not Happy!

Wouldnt stay again. It was clean and friendly as any hotel should be. Bed was not comfortable and pillows were terrible. All three of us agreed on this and left with stiff necks! Only full size beds and still very small feel to the room. Bathroom lighting was not great either. Breakfast was good, pool was good. But for the price i would have expected better.

Peaceful stay yet close to the interstate. The restaurant and bar were a welcomed plus for convenience. Rooms recently redone with nice amenities in the room. Everything at your fingertips. Staff very helpful.

First of all, we booked 2 bed option with *******, they only had one king bed room when we checked in. They also said they cannot refund the difference because we booked through 3rd party (*******). Second, the elevators is sooooo old and were broken half of the time while 3 days we stayed there. (this hotel is like a maze.. it’s not easy to find stairs neither and the stairs are so far away!!). So good luck getting back to your room, lol Third, housekeeping barely do any cleaning. They didn’t even take our trash.. at the end, we had mountain of trashes. Glass door to the bathroom was disgusting. Pool is so small and depressing, our girls didn’t wanted to go in. Same goes fitness room. And it’s a small thing but the water fountain in the lobby has “bottle option” but the bottle option is broken. So we couldn’t fill in our water bottle. Food options is good. Many restaurants near by. Other shops (marshals..etc) are near by too. That is the only positive side. Staffs were nice. I also like the little “spray” for the bed. Smells so nice.

This property was amazing and I will be booking the property again! The staff were so friendly and I believe her name was Erica who made sure that the room was ready for Check In early and went out of her way to ensure my guest was well taken care off. I sincerely appreciate the hospitality this staff has 💗

It is right next to the freeway, so there is some noise, not horrible, but some. The room was nice and clean and the staff were very helpful.
