Best Western Plus Loveland Inn

Horrible. Do not recommend. I never got my deposit back after they told me that as soon as I check out the money would be released. But turns out that was a lie. I left the room in a clean state. No reason I shouldn't have gotten it back.

Friendly staff and very nice hotel. Breakfast was great and the property is right off the interstate. If I have to be picky, my only complaints include the following: Noisy bathroom fan, staff shortage (waited on hold forever trying to call front desk) and the fitness room was not regularly serviced. The water machine was broke, one of the bikes had a broken mechanism and one of the treadmills sounded like it was going to explode. Still get 5 stars though as the hotel was otherwise great.

I booked a reservation and no where did it mention a $100 deposit. The lady refused to.cancel my reservation and actually got mad/upset when i told her i was told her that i would get a refund. Then coincidentally i was denied the refund after this conversation. It makes me sick that someone would go out of there way like this. Never will i stay nor will i ever recommend anyone to go to best western. They honestly deserve negative stars

The entrance is tough to navigate. The room with the outside door was cold and had massive air leaks around the door. The shower was cold and barely got to warm.

This hotel is fine, nothing fancy. The staff are friendly and helpful and there’s a lot of shopping and restaurants close by.

The staff was very nice, rooms was what we expected, and the breakfast was good for a complimentary breakfast.
