I have an exam ongoing at Brawijaya University, and this hotel's location is just right—only 1.1 km by car from UB. Recommended. The only things that need to be improved are the amenities (hair dryer) and the lift.

The bedsheet l, blanket and pillow cover have stains, They only have liquid soup and toothbrush set as amenities. Room is normal but comfortable. We love the location just all walking distance so convenient stores.

The hotel itself is okay, and its proximity to UB is convenient because my child studies there. However, there are a few areas that need improvement: 1. The bed sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases really need to be replaced. Their colors are quite faded. 2. The elevator access should ideally be separate from the apartment units. I once shared an elevator with a drunk person, which was very unsettling, especially since I was with my children at the time. These are the only points I believe require immediate attention; everything else is manageable.
