Chateau Orientale

A beautiful, dreamy place. Very special and almost mystical. We enjoyed it very much and would have loved to stay longer.

This place is far from the city center, so I can only give it 4 stars. However, this place offers various experiences. In the morning, you can see elephants bathing in the river. It is an elephant village, so you can see elephants in various places. I gave them a small tip and took pictures with them. I think this is the biggest advantage of this hotel. The hotel is scary quiet. I recommend coming with friends or family, but it is difficult to recommend if you come alone. The restaurant is decent, and the view is beautiful. Western food is not recommended. Please eat Laotian food. The facilities are like traditional Laotian houses, and it is an old but charming place. I recommend stopping by on the first day or in the middle rather than the last day. If you stay for a long time, you can enjoy various leisure activities such as MTB at the Sat Sae Falls. The bike costs $75.

A great experience. Although it is relatively far from the city, the original beauty, comfortable design and facilities are very comfortable. It is not suitable for those who like liveliness and have waiters appearing at all times. It is worth staying in Labang!

The entire pure resort is by the river, with a proper Laotian style and a great environment! The room exceeded my expectations, it was great! I like eating and cooking Western food, and the Western food here is as good as I know it to be! All in all, it was worth a two-night stay!

Beautiful environment, opposite the elephant habitat

The location of the hotel is great. It's right by the river. On the other side of the river is the elephant habitat. When you walk out of the hotel, you'll find an area to interact with the elephants. It's very convenient to bathe, ride, and feed the elephants. Little friends can do it every day. I had a close interaction with elephants. The hotel environment is also very good. It is like a garden in itself. The little friends had a lot of fun in it. The room facilities are also great and very local. You can stay here for several days without leaving. The only thing that disappointed me about the hotel was that the person in charge of the front desk was a little dishonest about changing money.
