This hotel is truly impeccable. The scenery, environment, service, and everything else were excellent. It's right by the Mekong River, we received a free room upgrade, and the front desk staff all speak English. We'll be bringing the whole family back for Chinese New Year!

The hotel 🏨 is located by the river, and the overall environment is relatively quiet. The room is clean, tidy, and comfortable. However, the bed is a bit small. On the day of check-in, I was charged an extra 30 USD 💸 (their reason: a room can only accommodate two people, and since we were two adults + two children, an additional 30 USD 💸 was required 🥶). Also, the room I stayed in only had hot water, no cold water 💦, which was speechless 😓. So, I decisively moved out the next day.

This is genuinely the best hotel I've stayed at in Luang Prabang! Most of the staff speak Chinese and the service is excellent. The shuttle bus service every day is a huge plus. It was my friend's birthday, so I asked them for a birthday setup and they did a fantastic job 🥹 – a big thank you to them! We also got free transfers to and from the high-speed rail station because we stayed more than two nights. Oh, and the pho for breakfast is absolutely delicious!

The weak water pressure and the slow drainage were tolerable. However, I was disappointed to see cockroaches on two consecutive days. I understand that areas near rivers are ideal environments for cockroaches—I live in a condo by the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, so I'm well aware of that. Even so, I don't think it's acceptable for a hotel to have cockroaches appear on two consecutive days. I booked a Mekong River View room, and the view was definitely the highlight of my stay. It was beautiful and lived up to my expectations.

Riverfront hotel Big room and nice service. Very close the local market but The hotel far from the town around 1km and free shuttle service drop off and pickup you until 9:00pm. We had a good times
