MONSANE VILLA (Centrally located, opposite the night market)

Very nice hotel with the Luang-prabang night market just outside the gate! The room was spacious with all the amenities available, except for the shower cap and toothbrush you can ask for at the reception. Definitely recommended!

Great location , morning market and night market on the middle long road ,very suitable for a walk , unfortunately big rain and leak in side the room ,staff moved to new room nearby

Monsane Villa, Luang Prabang – Absolutely Fantastic Experience! The service here is truly outstanding. One staff member is a retired Lao Airlines flight attendant with excellent service attitude. The bar staff are warm, attentive and professional. The cleaning maids are responsible and thoughtful, offering to help with luggage and seeing guests off up and down the stairs. Located right in the heart of the main tourist street, the villa is right next to the night market and faces another night market. It’s only a 3-minute walk to the Royal Palace, Mount Phousi, and the morning market. You can even watch the morning alms-giving ceremony right at the gate without having to wake up early. Housed in a century-old French colonial villa, it’s incredibly photogenic. Breakfast is made to order, with coffee and bread available. There’s also authentic Lanzhou Lamian nearby, offering great value for money. The front desk speaks both Chinese and English, making communication easy. At this price in the city center, it’s very affordable. Staying here makes your trip to Luang Prabang incredibly convenient and enjoyable!

We stayed at Monsane Villa in Luang Prabang, and the location is absolutely unbeatable! It is right in the heart of the main street, right next to the night market and right across from it. The Royal Palace, Mount Phousi, and the morning market are all within a 3-minute walk. We can even watch the morning alms-giving ceremony right outside the hotel without having to wake up early. We must highly praise the staff for their warm and thoughtful service. The lady at the front desk and bar used to be a flight attendant, she is very beautiful and provided excellent service. She kindly helped us with our luggage and called a taxi to the waterfall. The housekeeper Auntie Ni, who cleans the rooms and bathrooms, is very careful and hardworking, keeping the rooms spotless. Both staff members are outstanding and deserve great recognition. We hope the owner can consider giving them a salary raise! The hotel serves fresh coffee and bread for breakfast, and there is also delicious Lanzhou noodles nearby. It is a century-old French colonial villa, perfect for taking photos. Communication at the front desk is easy and convenient. With such a great location in the city center, the price is very affordable. Staying here is absolutely the best choice for traveling in Luang Prabang!

room is spacious and clean. Good location for traveling around the city by walk. The night market is located in front of the hotel and not far from the bus station so you can go to the railway station and waterfall easily.
