We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Although we initially had a duplicate booking issue, the front desk (Renin) and reservations team handled it promptly and professionally. They were attentive, responsive, and fluent in Thai and English, even assisting us outside working hours. It was lovely to meet Renin in person after speaking on the phone — He was warm, enthusiastic, and always smiling. The breakfast staff were also excellent and could communicate fluently in Chinese. Souk and the front desk team were very helpful in recommending local trips and waterfalls and organize van. At check-out, we accidentally left something behind, and Renin kindly ran after us to return it. Such a thoughtful gesture truly impressed us. Highly recommended for their genuine hospitality and outstanding service. Overall, the team turned a booking issue into a beautiful and unforgettable stay. We are truly grateful for their warmth, professionalism, and heartfelt service.

Great stay. Really comfortable and good service. Special mention for Souhli at the breakfast bar. He is so friendly and caring and always brightens our morning. Perfect location; one of the main reasons we chose this hotel ❤️

I really enjoyed my stay at this lovely small hotel. While it’s more modest in scale compared to some five-star hotels I’ve visited in other countries, it offers a thoughtful layout and a warm, personal touch. The breakfast, though not extensive, is carefully prepared—every dish is made with care and truly delicious. A staff member in the dining area named Sandli (if I recall correctly) mixes excellent drinks and prepares standout healthy meals. His smile is contagious, and guests clearly adore him—he really brings joy to both the dining area and the front desk experience. The hotel also has a compact gym and is located right by Foreigner Street, which is also the endpoint of the morning alms-giving route. Another big plus is that the hotel is situated off the main road, so nights are quiet. Thanks to that, we enjoyed two nights of great sleep. I’m truly grateful for the lovely stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Luang Prabang.

Authentic hotel with quiet lcation, good price & they provide free bicycle to explore the town. The best part was that they gave the prettiest birthday cake for my friend on her birthday during our stay as per my request. Thank you so much.

The location is fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk to the night market, the Royal Palace, and Wat Xieng Thong. Plus, it's off the main road, so it's really quiet. We even got to experience the alms giving ceremony right outside the hotel entrance. The hotel itself is new, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious. The rooms are a bit on the small side, and there's no pool, but overall, it's a great stay.

We were given a room in the house on the right. It's by the road. Both mornings we could hear Chinese tourists making noise, probably gathering for an excursion. And every passing car was audible too. The soundproofing is clearly poor. Otherwise, the hotel is pleasant. Breakfast is decent.
