Elegant Boutique Hotel Luangprabang

The hotel's location is excellent, close to attractions and with plenty of restaurants nearby. It's tucked away in an alley just off the main street, making it quieter. The breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable. As for service, it was just okay. They mentioned welcome fruit, but I didn't see any – apparently, you have to collect it from the front desk, and they didn't offer it proactively. Here are a few additional points I didn't see in other reviews: 1. I booked for one night and was assigned a room next to the front desk. I was told that for a one-night stay, only ground-floor rooms were available, not those on the second floor. 2. Breakfast is served outdoors. You might be able to take it back to your room, but it was quite chilly in the morning (around 10-15°C) during winter. In summer, the outdoor temperature for breakfast would probably be quite pleasant.

This hotel is actually pretty good, exactly like the pictures. The only downside was the hairdryer. I have long hair, and it would stop working after getting a little warm, probably around 10 times during one hair wash. I'd recommend that ladies with long hair definitely bring their own hairdryer.
