The room was spotless and the atmosphere was fantastic! They have a pool, gym, and restaurant. So comfortable!

The service was exceptional! The front desk staff, especially one lady who spoke Chinese, was incredibly helpful and even offered a shuttle service. The hotel environment is lovely and very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was also delicious. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

The room was spotless, the hot water for showering was consistent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. The hallways were clean and odor-free, and the common areas were tidy. The hotel pool had crystal clear water – it was so refreshing to shower and then take a dip after a day out. The hotel's location is fantastic, making travel very convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for both short business trips and vacations. We felt secure and comfortable during our stay. The service was top-notch, the room was clean and spacious, and the facilities were all in excellent condition. It was a quiet environment with a superb location and an affordable price. The environment is elegant and the pool is comfortable. What's even better is that the hotel provides both Chinese and English service throughout, so communication is seamless.

The front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they all spoke Chinese. It was super relaxing to feel the breeze by the Nam Khan River in the evening. The bedding was also excellent; out of all the hotels I've stayed in, their beds were the most comfortable to sleep in.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept wonderfully every night. The owner and staff were incredibly warm and helpful, patiently assisting with any questions or issues I had. Overall, the atmosphere was peaceful and cozy, and it offered great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Luang Prabang and will recommend it to all my friends.

My friend recommended this hotel, it's brand new and located by the river, so the air is great and the environment is very pleasant. The key highlight is the excellent service; communication in Chinese was seamless. The breakfast was also very good, and the place was clean and tidy. The owner seems to be from Yunnan, China.
