Just like others say. This is a deliberate scam operation with multiple hotels involved. We have booked the room at Ouis Namkhan Riverside 2 via ***********. Once arrived, they told us the rooms there were full and “upgraded” us to Chaluenxay boutique hotel. Both have the same Vietnamese owner. (At that moment, the room was even still available on Booking, confirming the scam) At the other hotel we have met with the aggressive manager who threatened us that he knows many people around and was even touching me in an intimidating manner. Of course we don’t feel safe at both of these hotels anymore. Luckily we got to cancel our booking via the app and were able to find a lovely hotel elsewhere in town.
