We had a good time, except for the housekeepers who were a bit noisy, banging the door, knocking on the walls, and making noise while mopping. In addition, everything was fine, the room was lovely and comfy, beautiful lotuses in the pond and many colorful koi fish. This will be our accommodation for our upcoming Luang Prabang vacation!

Checking and checkout was great, staff were very professional. Breakfast was with less variety but it was good. Excellent location

The hotel was clean with a small pool and a buffet as breakfast. It's located right in the center of the city so it's very convenient.

I found my experience at this hotel to be impeccable; I was very satisfied with their facilities and the environment. The hotel's location isn't too remote either. Although it takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the 'foreigner street,' there are many restaurants and massage parlors nearby that offer great value for money despite their lower prices. This made me feel like I made an excellent choice. The hotel also provides every guest with a map of nearby attractions, including major landmarks in Luang Prabang and information on supermarkets and conveniences. I think this was a great touch. When I checked in, I also received a tropical welcome drink and a small fruit platter. The breakfast the next day was also excellent; they used high-quality branded butter and cheese. This shows that the hotel invests significantly in its operations, and I was quite surprised to see them using such good imported products. The only minor point worth mentioning is that I booked a king-sized bed, but because that room type was full, I was given a twin room instead. Also, some of the hotel's facilities are a little dated, but this didn't affect my stay, so I'd say it's still acceptable, given the great value it offers.

nice hotel at affordable price, they even gave us welcome drinks and let us use their bicycle for free, service staff was helpful too. Toilet was smelly though, but other than that its a cute little villa hotel

Wonderful resort , located not far from old town. The best thing is lotus pond in the middle of hotel is beautiful and makes the mood up.

Great value for money, but the staff's Chinese could use some improvement.

Amazing Villa! Centrally located however the walk late at night is quite spooky as th driveway is long. Customer service was amazing, the staff are great and professional!

Nice hotel in the center of luang prabang city. The little lake in the middle of the property and the swimming pool make all the difference! The room was just okay , nothing special about the design or particular view… Recommend to take the breakfast in this property as it is right in the middle of the lake.

Went with 8 friends in 5 rooms for a getaway party event nearby. The hotel was perfect for us. Rooms were spacious enough with nice views and comfortable beds. Very strong hot showers. The breakfast buffet was not extensive but very nice, with surprisingly good bacon and baguettes besides other more healthy options. The staff were particularly pleasant and helpful. Even printing out some documents I needed. Maid service was very attentive also. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, the value for money is decent. The hygiene facilities are so-so, but the front desk staff who speaks Chinese is a huge plus! I'd give five stars just for his attitude.

Overall, it's pretty good. It's located down a small alley, so you drive to the alley entrance and then walk in. The alley is very quiet, and as you enter the hotel, there's a large pond with a small fountain, which is quite beautiful. It's about a 10-minute walk to Mount Phousi and the main street – not super close, but not far either, just a nice stroll. The room was clean and tidy. My only regret is that we were given a ground-floor room. The sliding door opened directly onto the pond and breakfast area, so guests were constantly walking past right in front of us. While I wasn't too worried about security, we had to keep the curtains drawn and the door closed the whole time, otherwise the room was completely exposed. The breakfast was decent; we ate it for three days and didn't get tired of it, and there were fresh squeezed juices available every day.
