A gorgeous hotel, situated on a hill with a beautiful view of the surroundings. The pool is magnificent with a comfortable water temperature. The rooms are perfect, absolutely nothing to complain about. Each room has a tea set with capsule coffee and tea. There was also a very pleasant welcome treat of delicious pastries. A minivan runs to and from the city center every hour, from early morning until 10 PM. I accidentally left my thermos at the hotel and returned a week later; they brought it to me in the center. The staff are incredibly responsible and proactive. There's a small fruit market near the hotel.

Outstanding hotel with excellent view and location on hill. Might be looking like faraway from city center, but shuttle bus solves thus perfectly

A fabulous stay with a bit of luxury thrown in. We arrived at the hotel and were offered an upgrade to our room for free. We were greeted with a very warm welcome. The facilities are great with a rooftop large pool and a wonderful view of Liamd Prabang valley. The hotel is about 1.5kms to the centre, however they offer a free shuttle service on the hour from early morning to late evening. Great breakfast and lots to choose from We will definitely come back Thank you all for a lovely stay Blessings

Fantastic stay. Excellent service. Buggy comes almost immediately upon calling even at 5am. The free shuttle to and fro post office is also great and on time upon request. We stayed 3 nights and had a free transport to airport. Highly recommended. Staff are friendly and amazing service.

Overall, it was good! Just here an there, bumped into hiccups, with regards to cleanliness n service!

Best luxury hotel

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, but the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The receptionists are outstanding hosts; Anna gave us a very warm welcome and provided perfect support with every request. We will definitely return on our next trip to Laos. The exceptional breakfast deserves special mention: from the view from the restaurant to the incredibly wide selection that leaves nothing to be desired, to the outstanding service!

"In the Embrace of Nature" was impressive from the moment I arrived. The hotel offers a shuttle service from the train station, making travel extremely convenient. Upon entering the room, I immediately felt clean and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Surrounded by nature, the atmosphere was wonderful. We wandered around and found a spacious swimming pool. The water was crystal clear, and the view was panoramic, with sweeping views. Not only was the place beautiful, but the food was delicious and satisfying. Most importantly, the staff were all lovely and friendly. They provided excellent service and were always smiling and welcoming, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is a bit far from the city center, but the view from the hotel pool is really great, so it is a great hotel for a day-long staycation.

4-star service, 3-star environment, 1-star room quality. The decoration is from the last era, and the bed is two 1.2-meter single beds put together. The wooden door of the balcony in the room has no sound insulation effect at all, and the sounds of chickens, dogs, cars and people are all heard. I was bitten by a mosquito in the middle of the night and got a big bag. The room price is more than 600 yuan, and 500 yuan is considered to be buying service. As a person who rarely writes reviews, this is a fair evaluation.

The hotel is on a hill overlooking the old town. The room is large and it feels good to sit on the balcony and drink tea and eat snacks. The hotel is very quiet and the guests are mainly Westerners and Koreans. It is a little far from the old town, but there is a free shuttle bus, so those who like hiking can also walk.

The hotel is located a little away from the center, but there is a shuttle service every hour, very convenient. Also a wonderful Infinity Pool, in which we were not able to swim, as it was cool on the dates of our trip. The restaurant and breakfast at the hotel were top notch. The staff is very responsive and helps with absolutely everything, I give them the highest score! There was no such good service anywhere in Laos. We left very early and the hotel prepared boxes with breakfast for us. It was very nice and delicious.
