The room was very clean. The public areas were a bit small and felt a little cluttered. Soundproofing seems to be a common issue with most hotels, but overall, it was a good stay.

The environment is great, the service is good, and the breakfast is delicious with many options. It's located right on the edge of the Old Town, within walking distance to attractions, and they even offer free bicycles. My only minor complaints are that the bedding wasn't perfectly clean in some spots, and the air conditioning couldn't heat, which made it a bit cold at night during winter.

Absolutely fabulous boutique hotel sat in a tropical lush garden and lily ponds. I had booked the cheapest room and when we arrived we were taken to one of the best rooms in the hotel, obviously an upgrade!! It was overlooking the pool with a balcony and bath - result!! The room included a pillow menu, free gifts of a tote bag and cotton bobbin key ring - what a lovely touch.  The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was incredibly clean and well kept.  The pool was very clean, pool loungers super comfy and had complimentary detox water, entirely surrounded by lush greenery. I liked the fact the hotel was very conscientious/ sustainable, used parabin free toiletries, glass bottles etc.  Breakfast was very simple ( low season and not many guests) all bread and cakes were baked fresh each morning, they offered home made yoghurt and jams too as well as organic Laos coffee, fresh juices and a selection of eggs or pho. Still delicious especially sat in between all the lily ponds.  The hotels location was good, 2mins from the night market and they provided bicycles so we nipped in and out of town for the time we were there. I’d definitely recommend and definitely go again!

Worth it if not solely for the fact that the breakfast provided is at Manda De Laos, which is absolutely spectacular.

Great experience at Maison Dalabua! The check in was easy and accommodating; the beautiful lotus ponds are definitely the highlights and simply by looking at them invites you to slow down and appreciate the beauty of nature. The breakfast was tasty with a decent variety. The bedroom was spacious. Overall, good value.

Very romantic hotel with good service & atmosphere, enjoy our stay with nice breakfast & dinner at the restaurant. Nice ambience & good service from the serving staff with good view of the ponds. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel—perfect for families looking for comfort and convenience. The garden is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained—our kids loved running around while we relaxed in the serene atmosphere. The location is great, just a few minutes from the town center, making it easy to explore local shops, markets, and restaurants. Despite being close to everything, the hotel still feels quiet and relaxing. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—clearly well taken care of. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness. The staff are amazing—warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They made our stay even more memorable by going above and beyond for our family. And the breakfast? Simply superb! A great variety of local and international options, fresh fruits, and delicious coffee or tea’s to start the day right. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a cozy, garden-side stay near town!

Excellent! It was a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings during my stay, and the staff even brought a small charcoal stove during breakfast, which was very thoughtful.

I had a very nice stay in the hotel. The grounds are amazing, with a beautiful garden and a nice swimming pool, while the room was also nice and comfortable (I was upgraded due to some construction works). The staff was very friendly. The location is a bit out of town, but easily walkable and in a quiet neighborhood, so overall a good location. Bicycles are provided for free to clients, which is a nice touch.
