There are some issues while we're staying at hotel. at that time, the staff from hotel was kindly helping us and makes us solve the problem :-) During staying at this hotel, we definitely felt like they are taking care of the guests from the bottom of our heart! when we have a chance to come to LPB, we will come to this hotel ! It's a nice hotel where Lao's style buildings around amazing garden...and it's not far from night market.....easy going to everywhere.

We stayed in February for two nights in Luang Prabang, choosing to stay in the Sanctuary Hotel because the architecture is traditional Laotian design. The owner is French and he certainly pays attention to the food, his staff serves delicious Laotian and Western style breakfast with fresh breads and jams and made to order noodles and eggs. He has paid attention to using glass bottles for drinking water in the rooms which reduces plastic waste. Good job!

I love the landscape in this hotel. The location is nearby to walk to the town. I wish they will improve for their breakfast in the future.

The hotel is just opposite Aman, the location is very good and easy to find, and it is convenient for shopping. The interior is beautifully decorated and can be seen to be carefully maintained. But maybe the service of the previous hotel was too good, the service of this hotel always makes people feel a little bit short, it can only be said to be average. There are not many types of breakfast, the shower room takes a long time to get hot water, and the water pressure is unstable and sometimes hot and sometimes cold. There is no kettle in the room.

The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes walk to the night market, 10 minutes walk to the main road of Bushi. The hotel environment is relatively quiet, focusing on environmental protection. There is no free drinking water in the room. Sitting on the balcony at night, listening to the foreigners chatting downstairs, and listening to the birds singing in the morning. The environment is good! The room facilities are really average, double room, the bed is only 1 meter, very small. The water pressure of the shower head is super small, and there is no overhead shower head... The hotel has few breakfast varieties, including noodles, fried rice, bread, eggs, fruits, and nothing else. There is a hot pot and barbecue restaurant on the left hand side of the hotel. The pork belly is delicious and cheap! Standing on the second floor of the store, you can see the hotel yard.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, not far from Nadu. It is in the center of Luang Prabang, close to the night market. It is a large courtyard, as quiet as a temple. Although the room is small, it has complete facilities. The furniture is all old items. The swimming pool is very high-end and the breakfast is very good. The waiter had a good attitude and explained in English that this is an environmentally friendly hotel with a water dispenser at the door and no disposable items. There is room service. Next door is a big tavern. It’s really worth experiencing!
