The room is very spacious and comfortable. I think it is worth the price. It is also very close to the school and is very suitable for students or people visiting students.
The staff at the front desk were very nice. The breakfast was a buffet and the eggs and potatoes were delicious.

There were roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. The room was really run down. We had a kitchenette. None of the exercise equipment worked. The breakfast was good, though.

Roaches; trash behind bed; was told warm breakfast served; received frozen potatoes; nobody attentive to food availability; almost all food was gone by 8am and had to wait for replenishing.

The reason we book this hotel is because it close to downtown. However, it is misleading for the fact that in my opinion this is not hotel instead of Motel. It is the same category with Motel 6 and 8. The hotel is old, smelly, bathroom is old. We would not stay here again unless nothing left around here.

Moldy and most uncomfortable bed I've ever seen. Spent 5 hours in there and cancelled the room because I my father in law was being transferred to a different hospital (only reason I was here) they charged me full price still. Going to contact my bank

You definitely get what you pay for. The pictures make it look better than it actually is. Cleanness is definitely lacking in this place. The shower curtain and bathtub was dirty, the carpet in the hall and room was dirty, and overall the place just felt dirty. The bed wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. It worked for one night and like I said, you get what you pay for.
