I liked check_in at check_out,I would like to stay longer.I felt home for a moment. Clean hotel,comfortable,room and large bathroom,comfortable bed, good size TV,excellent shower,air freezer,area of breakfast very inviting,excellent space and excellent breakfast with varieties.the super educated and willing staff to help , excellent professional. Silent night environment.

O checking bem burocrático para quem já tinha feito a reserva pela internet e o atendente nada simpatico. A Tampa do vaso sanitário estava quebrada, o box do banheiro estava vasando água para todo o banheiro, a cama, a TV e as toalhas (de péssima qualidade), eram pequenas, abaixo de aceitável, pedimos um secador de cabelos e havia apenas um aparelho que não estava disponível, a cortina ”black-out era pequena e não bloqueava a claridade. o café da manhã oferecia o mínimo possível, fora do padrão da categoria que o hotel alega ter, tinha torradeira, micro ondas e grill, mas nada funcionava, segundo a equipe por causa da voltagem dos eletrodomésticos diferente da rede, (como se isso não fosse previsível), a garagem era descoberta isso em uma cidade muito quente, a impressão que fiquei foi que tudo era economizado ao máximo. A internet era boa e de fácil conexão, mas se o aparelho estivesse sem uso desconectava a rede. Enfim não indico nem desejo voltar a este hotel nunca mais.
