Great place to stay inside the walls! The staff is helpful and there are shops and restaurants within a few steps. Convenient. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. The only issue is that the WiFi didn’t reach our room and we didn’t have cell reception either. The owner said he’s only been managing the property for a month and he’s going to run a wire and an extender to the room.

Beautiful apartment. We loved the decor and everything was spotlessly clean. Location was right in the center and very convenient. Good communication.

Very satisfactory room. Clean, nice bathroom, plenty of towels. In room refrigerator with water and soda. Interesting artifacts in room. We were in the purple room, which was L shaped and didn’t have a lot of floor space. This establishment is right off one of the main shopping streets- so you get a lot of street noise. Also, the WiFi is finicky and low security. Finally, every place we stayed in Italy had hard beds and pillows. This was no exception. Security was very strong with codes for front door and your room.

Great location, right in the town center, overlooking the statue of Saint Zita. Great spot.

Check in was a little confusing but just a miscommunication. Beautiful room. Two large windows, comfy bed, far enough away from main street to be more quiet but close enough to feel part of the action.

The property is located down a quiet street yet a minutes walk from shopping and dining. The walled city of Lucca is a beautiful gem! At night there was music and performances around every corner. I wish we had had another day or two to spend here. We were in the Green Room which was lovely, clean and well put together.

This property is in perfect walking distance to many shops and restaurants in the historic area of Lucca. The room was beautiful and the shutters opened to the street below. Large bathroom with all the amenities. The place was very clean; bed and pillows were comfy. Communication leading up to the day of our arrival was excellent. However, we struggled to get a response on the day of arriving to confirm our arrival time. We ended up going to the property at the time we requested and there was someone there to greet us. She was lovely and professional and very helpful, it just would have been nice to get a confirmation of our check-in time on that day. Check-in was via codes which was nice not to have to carry a key around. Overall a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely stay here again even with the uncertainty of check-in time.

At great place to stay in Lucca This is a delightful spot. Simple but lovely accommodation in the heart of Lucca. It's not a full service hotel and it doesn't pretend to be but Rebekkah delivers the service it offers to a very high standard. I love my Blue Room
