Casa Paolina

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Paolina! The building is located in the heart of Lucca’s historic centre, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance of all the main sights, charming streets, and great restaurants. The property is beautifully maintained and has such a wonderful atmosphere. We stayed in Apartment 1, which has two bedrooms and a lovely balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for cooking. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated. We also had the opportunity to see Apartment 2, with its three bedrooms — it is even more spacious and beautifully bright, just like our apartment. One of the things we loved most was the feeling of the place. It smells wonderful, has a lovely energy, and you immediately feel at home. It is the kind of place where you simply want to stay. Roberto, who manages the property, is extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel like a guest rather than just a customer. The housekeeper is also incredibly kind and warm. Everyone makes you feel so welcome that you almost have the feeling of being part of a family, even though it may be your very first time in Lucca. We would come back without hesitation. Casa Paolina made our stay in Lucca truly special. Thank you so much for everything ! we hope to be back very soon!

Centrally located beautiful spacious airy apartment. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. View of the piazza and garden from our balcony. Lift for access and helpful pleasant staff. What a wonderful place!

We had a great experience with so many things nearby. Opera, breakfast, dinner and sightseeing. We would definitely stay again.

So impressed with this place, was even better than the photos. Really clean, and well equipped, gorgeous little balcony with a lovely view and the sun all day. Perfect central location so easy to get everywhere. But what really made it was Roberto, from before we arrived and throughout our stay he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, answer any questions & give great recommendations. My daughter injured herself while we were in Lucca and he was so sweet and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it. Thanks for everything :)

This was an inpromptu visit, due to storms. However on the day booking meant we just picked on the day and got the key in the door. Very clean, great location and lovely decor. The customer service was also brilliant

I booked a stay with departure date 27/09/23 thas was confirmed by Casa Paolina. On 26/09/23 I received a one-sided and very last-minute cancellation without any further communication or explanation. This is NO way to treat people and certainly no manner of conducting business on a professional level, so BE WARNED !
