We stayed at this hotel during an Italy roadtrip. This hotel is a good option for travelers with a car, as it's offers free parking on-site. Located just 10–15 minutes by car from both Pisa and Lucca, it's a convenient base for exploring the area. The building has a vintage charm but is well maintained. Note that the room doors still use an old-fashioned key system. Rooms are spacious, with decent beds and generally clean, though some dust was noticeable in hidden corners. The bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was simple, with a few items lacking freshness, but staff replenished supplies promptly when asked for more quantity. The team was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One thing to keep in mind: check-in is only available until 8–9 PM. As we arrived later, the hotel sended us a detailed message and followed up with a call to guide us through a self-service check-in using a outside door unlocking code to access and retrieve your key. Overall, a pleasant stay, though the price felt slightly high for what was offered.
