Overall a good clean hotel with friendly staff

Kitchen manager was very bad . Full of religious. He was Muslim . Terrible experience

The Hyatt Lucknow is located in a prime area of Gomti Nagar, making it easily accessible. The hotel team followed up with us a day before our check-in, which was appreciated. However, despite informing them that we would be arriving by road and expected to be there by lunchtime, our room was not ready upon arrival. We reached the hotel reception at 3:00 PM, an hour after the check-in time of 2:00 PM (which is already late), but we were informed that our room was still not prepared. The reception staff told us, that they are going to call us once the room is prepared. After a tiring 7-hour drive, it was disappointing to have to wait until 6:00 PM (as received the call at 6:00 PM) for our room. Our breakfast was included in the stay, the breakfast offered at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options. However, the service fell short. On the first morning, I ordered an omelette and masala dosa, which needed to be requested at the table. Despite multiple reminders, the dishes never arrived, and we had to leave for a meeting, finally we decided to leave without having them. The following day, although the breakfast spread was again good, the hospitality was lacking. We ordered an Americano and a Cappuccino, but the coffee took 40-45 minutes to be served, even after several requests. The staff appeared unprofessional and disengaged, with no eye contact or interaction with the guests at the restaurant. On the third day, after expressing our dissatisfaction, the breakfast service improved significantly, thanks to Mr. Shiv, who personally ensured that all table orders were taken care of and delivered promptly. Overall, while the hotel's location and breakfast quality were commendable, the service and professionalism of the staff did not meet the expected standards of Hyatt Group, which affected our overall experience. #hyattregency #hyattlucknow #hotelsinlucknow

We booked directly on hotel website to avoid hassle.. No body reverted email but managed to get China world whtsapp n they connected me to duty manager who assisted with airport transport. Which was appreciated. Check in was at midnight despite of giving all passport/ visa etc they messed up n chased us twice in morning to come to reception with passport as they didn’t scan the visa.. The rooms were simple n clean but felt it was more of dust in air. Service is not upto standard.. breakfast time has to keep repeating for cutlery. Personally nothing special and would give them normal standard hotel. Location wise its good n convenient.. close to malls n cafes.

My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency London was truly exceptional. I would like to commend Mr. Anoop, the manager, for his exceptional kindness and attentive service. Sister Puja provided incredibly positive and welcoming service, and the housekeeping team, led by Amit, was exceedingly polite and accommodating. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality and dedicated team.❤️✨

The staff at China House was amazing, and we had a wonderful experience during our dinner. Special thanks to server Sanjay and Ms. Amanpreet for her hospitality also the venue is amazing with a warm touch and the food is good. A must try for all the Chinese lovers don't remember the chef's name as I didn't got a chance to meet them. The restaurant is busy but the staff take a good care of the guest and we never felt unattended.

Housekeeping need to act pro actively. Hotel is in fantastic location staffs were very good. Breakfast was more than less everyday same. Rest everything was good. Travel desk was Very helpful . Food was good location was absolutely nice a good stay

Very good rooms. Extensive buffet and dinner spread. Highly recommend this hotel in lucknow. Located in the prime area, Gomtinagar. Courteous staff and good room service. Check -in process was very smooth. Good option to hold small time parties as well.

A great place to stay, we have stayed here on multiple occasions. Nikhil from the In Room Dining team was exceptional and excellent in his service. We really enjoyed the property and would recommend it to anyone staying in Lucknow. The pool and other facilities are great as well.
