Hotel Lineage

Stayed at Lineage during my recent visit to Lucknow. The hotel is located in, Viraj Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow and it is opposite Max Hospital , Lucknow The location is ideal—central, easily accessible. There are medical and convenience stores nearby to be hotel which are an added convenience. The check-in was fast and the front office staff was efficient and courteous. The room was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. It has all the basic amenities. There was a locker also in the almirah to store your valuable belongings. The bathroom was clean and had basic toiletries. This made for a perfect, relaxing, and truly pleasant stay. The main highlight during the stay was the food, which I ordered for one day before heading out to enjoy the local flavor Lucknow. The it was delicious Each dish ordered was packed with authentic flavors of Lucknow and was cooked to perfection. The breakfast which is served at Café D'lite RESTAURANT, A Multi Cuisine Restaurant at Lobby Level was good. The breakfast spread was good, and it had both options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. The staff at the restaurant was efficient and fast. Overall, it is a great place to stay in Lucknow, offering both comfort and fantastic food with great service, comfort, and hospitality. I would highly recommend Hotel Lineage to anyone visiting Lucknow.

The hotel has good rooms, beautiful banquet and clean washrooms. The staff is courteous, thanks to Mr. Anukram at the reception who was kind enough to provide multiple facilities while I attended a wedding reception at the hotel.

I am visiting this hotel since last 12 years and never faced such issues, Behaviour of the staff specially night manager on 24//12/2025, surprised to such kind of tone used by a employee. The receptionist considers himself as police *** speaking with the guest as criminals. I am surprised such kind of people working in service industry. Defaming a well respected hotel like lineage. Also My car was banged by valley parking Driver. I think my 12 year journey with this hotel comes to the end,

Good food Quality, variety in breakfast. helpful staff. Good Location, The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, quality toiletries

Breakfast quality and variety needs to be improved… Washroom amenities needs to include tooth paste and brush etc… shoe cleaner and bathrooms slippers Needs to be included

Every thing was best but they provide twin beds separately but we need 1 bed king size bed hotel staff told that is not aviable
