I had an exceptional experience at this 5-star hotel! From the moment I arrived, the warm Indian hospitality was evident. The welcome was grand, complete with personalized touches that made me feel instantly at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. A special thanks to the manager, who graciously accommodated my late check-in without any hassle—such flexibility is rare and truly appreciated. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, with everyone genuinely eager to assist. If you're looking for a luxurious stay with outstanding service and a personal touch, this hotel is an absolute must-visit!

Rooms are little smaller but food was good.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmth and hospitality that the Taj brand is known for. The property is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably maintained. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed, making our stay extremely comfortable. Every corner of the hotel reflects attention to detail and timeless sophistication. What truly stood out was the service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were courteous, attentive, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. It's this level of hospitality that transforms a good stay into a memorable one. The food was another highlight. Whether it was breakfast or other meals, everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The hotel also offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere despite being located in the heart of the city, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Extremely courteous and trained staff. Sant Ram ji and Durgesh ji from housekeeping kept checking on us and my family welfare regularly and was extremely helpful.

I would like to share my feedback on my recent stay at Taj Lucknow. I must say it was a truly fabulous experience. The ambience is serene and elegant. Each morning begins with a delightful flute rendition in the lobby, creating a peaceful atmosphere as guests start their day and enjoy breakfast. The beautifully maintained lawns, where little rabbits can often be seen prancing about, add to the charm of the property. The evenings are equally enchanting, with sundowners accompanied by a graceful Kathak performance. The fragrance of dhoop and the glow of diyas in the lobby create a divine and memorable setting. The cuisine was outstanding, offering an excellent culinary experience throughout my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. Every member of the staff displayed genuine warmth, professionalism, and a sincere desire to enhance the guest experience. Their dedication and attention to detail were evident at every touchpoint. It is not surprising that such high standards are maintained under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Afzal Khan, the General Manager. In a remarkably short span of just two months, he has brought about noticeable positive changes. His constant interaction with guests, visible presence throughout the property, and commitment to prompt action make him an exceptional leader and a shining example for his team. My stay was memorable in every respect, and I look forward to returning.
