I had a truly wonderful five-day stay at the Renaissance Lucknow Hotel. The staff were incredibly caring and attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable and well looked after. The room was spotless, the facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect with a beautiful city view. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices. Every detail showed professionalism and warmth — it really felt like home away from home. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

We were three friends from New Zealand and stayed at Regenta for two nights. The place was nice and the room was comfortable. The staff set up an extra cot for us so we were all able to stay in the same room which was great. The place is a mix of old charm and affordable accom and we thought it was good value. The staff were super helpful and attentive. They arranged quick laundry service for us, and even got us a pack of playing cards to be delivered to the hotel. The manager also gave us advice advice about getting an Indian phone number, where to get coffee and info about navigating the train station. He also gifted us some guides about lucknow and Varanasi, where we were headed to next. We appreciated the late checkout and the hotel kindly stored our bags for our late train too. Great stay!
