Six of us spent a week in the Villa back in 2004. Our biggest regret is that we didn't spend more time there. This time we brought 4 other couples and spent a month at this little piece of heaven. The Villa has five bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, a huge kitchen, large dining room and two living rooms. The Villa also comes with a nice pool along with a barbecue and pizza oven. It is perfectly situated in the heart of Tuscany. You can reach all of the attractions and towns in less than 75 minutes. There is a train station 20 minutes away which can take you in to Florence. There is ample shopping in tiny Lucolena, Greve and Figline. The owner, Leonardo, is so easy to work with and he truly cares about your comfort and enjoyment while staying at the Villa. He can arrange just about anything that you want to do or see. The property also contains olive trees and a vineyard. Leonardo makes and sells his own olive oil and wine. Both are very good and are quite reasonable. If there is a better place to stay in Tuscany I haven't found it. If you stay here you won't be disappointed. We hope to return in the near future.
