VERY POOR service by the staff. Stayed in February 2024. The Staff is NOT cooperative at all and DONOT listen to repeated requests of customer. In my opinion choose another hotel in city rather than staying here. Wastage of money and they spoil mood by POOR service.

We stay in the month of December 2023 we were ludhiana in offical job. We have nice stay with friends hotel. Hotel need to take care the repair and maintaince. Staff is good enough. Service is little slow but can be ***ageable . Rest everything is fine

There were used condoms below the mattress when complained to the ***ager, he didnt even apologise, this hotel has gone from good to bad and from bad to the worst hotel in punjab, the rooms stinked like urine every where, there are mouse in the rooms as well, never visiting this place ever
