The hotel is located in a strategic location. I had a late night check-in and it was a bit unwelcoming since the concierge were chilling on the couch until I had to call onto them. I also called for the concierge twice to assist me with baggages but no one answered the phone for 4-5 times, and when answered no one actually came to assist me until I walked down and informed them again. Rooms a bit old but overall okay.

What a nice property it was my first time to booked this hotel staff were really friendly and helpfull food was yum all the amenities and services they provided are best shopping mall is outside if the Hotel all the things you need to do its just walking distance defently recommended to everyone cheers🙏👌

We checked in late on Saturday after a long drive... The check-in was quite comfortable and quick at that late hour. The overall look of the room shows a need for an upgrade to a modern design... The furniture is quite rundown. It was an uncomfortable night with the bed creaking every time one turned in the night. There is a picture light which seems does not have an individual switch. I had to switch off the master switch to turn it off. But this meant that walking to the bathroom at night was a challenge. The wash basin was not provided with a bar of soap or a hand wash. The breakfast was quite extensive and satisfactory. Service during breakfast was also quick. Buffet replenishment was fast enough. We left for our business meeting after breakfast. The quality of service at the hotel was highlighted when we returned after nearly 7 hours to find that the room was not made-up. It took nearly an hour before the room was cleaned. Overall the experience at the hotel does not rate it as a 5*... the price is definitely not commensurate with the overall appearance and service.

We stayed for wedding purpose, although it was very nice staff. The five star service is acceptance. Brilliant hotel to recommend. We enjoyed the services and would surely recommend our friends and family to book here. Kudos to the entire team and hope to come back soon

This is my first visit in Ludhiana and I am pleased to choose this beautiful hotel with a totally different design of building and there interior. Staffs are also amazing and helpful specially there cafe delish staff. They really served with full respect. You have to visit once in your journey of Ludhiana.
