Hotel Admiral Lugano

While the location was decent and convenient, my overall experience during my 3-night stay was disappointing. The biggest issue was the shower — the water pressure was extremely weak, to the point where showering felt like a chore rather than something refreshing after a long day. Soundproofing was also very poor. I could clearly hear my neighbour’s alarm, footsteps outside the room, and noise from upstairs, which affected my ability to properly rest. Breakfast was acceptable, though not particularly memorable. That said, the ladies working during breakfast were very friendly and welcoming, which was a nice touch. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again. I even considered changing hotels on my second night, but the inconvenience of packing and moving deterred me.

We were given a very warm welcome by Francesca. She is an excellent asset for this hotel. She was very informative and interesting to talk to.  The hotel pool was great. Thank you Breakfast was excellent. The best we have had in a hotel for a while. A wide range of food.

The staff was excellent and responded to our every request and need. The breakfast matched the level of staff support. It was sumptuous and worth the money. And the pool and gym were also great. The pool was warm and perfect.

Room was a good size for 2 people. Breakfast was too good. Staff was accommodating

The location is a bit of a distance from the old town but everything about this hotel is superb.
