You should probably find somewhere else No hand soap and the emptiest pillows I’ve ever rest my head on but at least you get free public transport for the duration of your stay

A very basic room which did the job for one night. Quite aged and could do with a refresh. They also asked for a deposit for an adapter which I thought was not very good. The location is close to the main station and walkable into town (down a steep hill).

Friendly, clean, and great location for trains. I had a nice stay. The staff were very friendly and set me up with a free local transport card. The breakfast is very good and fair priced. Location is excellent if you want access to the main station. No complaints at this price point.

Central but needs an update Convenient 5-10 mins walk from Lugano train station the hotel is located next to busy street. Either the infrastructure is too old for the prices or the prices are too high for the 60 yrs old furniture and amenities.
